These units are available to flip and turn into living spaces when requested under a lease contract for a minimum of 90 days or up to two years contract. The price per unit starts at $45k. If you own or lease a property of at least 2 to 6 acres that can accommodate 80 units or up to a maximum of 200 units we can assist with the construction of the units on your own property. We can offer the services of our GC partners and provide you with the best estimates for construction cost, or you can build using a GC of your preference. The GC company will have to enter or be under contract with H.F.C Theater Inc. in order for us to supervise the progress of the project that is using our concept model. You can also register your own property in our property listing page and we will find you a buyer who is one of our partners or we can enter a joint venture as your partner in order to develop the property with our concept designs.
