Kandor Suites Homes aims to become a new real estate brand in Kissimmee, Florida. Our project is designed to redefine real estate investment by integrating hotels, student housing, multifamily apartments, and full-service restaurants to maximize revenue and investor returns. This concept is not limited to Central Florida but is scalable across the U.S., including Puerto Rico.

 

The concept was created by its founder Luis F. Carrasquillo as an initiative to start up multiple real estate projects in areas of rapid growth and with high demand for frequent travelers and for areas in need of Student Housing rentals. Kandor Suites Home offers a favorable stated of the art concept to start up your next venture as a real estate investor within the hospitality industry. We also offer a very competitive and affordable way to explore the market for Student Housing Rentals that its currently growing a high demand.  

The Student Housing and the Travel industry are two major markets that are currently gaining track with a high rate of demand in the US. The State of Florida is one of the best places in the country to invest in both Student Housing and Vacation units. There are many vacation spots in Florida to profit from and many colleges that will benefit from having student housing rentals near their campus. 

 

Many large hotel companies in the State of Florida and across the US host seasonal College Internship work programs with International Students. The program provides jobs and housing for up to 90 days to students from abroad. These Students are provided with an opportunity to work in the USA as part of an international inter-exchange program. The students pay for their food, transportation, and housing accommodations on their own. We understand how valuable this program is and the many benefits that offers to the students who travel far away from home to gain work experience in the US. At Kandor Suites Home we plan to integrate that same program as well.
